Paul Crilly, LEED AP, ASHE, Vice President and Estimating Manager, Structure Tone
Paul Crilly is a knowledgeable and seasoned cost estimating professional who prepares estimates for all types of building construction, both new and renovation. With an engineering degree from Northeastern University, Paul has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 27 years at Structure Tone, he has determined budgets and cost control techniques and provided cost evaluation for projects across all sectors, including science & technology, commercial interiors, cultural, healthcare, and hospitality. In this role, he is responsible for the development of project budgets during the preliminary design phase in preconstruction consultation with the owner/client and the design team. Along with our technical services in-house group, Paul provides cost evaluation throughout design development to final bid documents. Paul is also responsible for the overall management of the firm's project information systems, including the development of project milestone schedules, project cost distribution curves, and CPM computer scheduling. He provides a high level of detail when working on budgets and value engineering, document review, and constructability.
